The CS series (Continuous operation Static combustion chamber) static incineration furnaces for continuous operation are suitable for practically all solid waste of varying density and moisture content. Liquid waste can also be incinerated at the same time.

GENERAL

 The step-form combustion chamber with the feed rams and continuous ash extraction ensures continuous incineration. A uniform and controlled incineration is therefore achieved.

The simple form of construction with a minimum of moving parts provides a favorable price/performance ratio, both with respect to investment made as well as maintenance. The plant also has a high operating reliability and long service life. The amply-dimensioned combustion chamber, controlled incineration and the ideal supply of air for combustion ensure minimum consumption of secondary fuel.
Continuous operation for 24 hours a day precludes the need for unproductive periods for daily heating and cooling phases in the system. The investment is utilized 24 hours a day. In addition, continuous operation produces significantly less loading of the system, which in turn is reflected in the longer service life and lower maintenance costs.
