Solutions are available for powdered residual material such as saw, animal and bone powder as well as animal greases. The heat generator runs with either one of the specific substitute fuels.
Hot water, steam or hot carrier oil will be produced. |
Economical and ecological erguments determine the treatment of waste-products.
As there aren't better economical reutilization techniques for all rest substances available, for some of them the incineration will remain the only solution.
Waste with high calorific value can be used for heath production as a fuel substitute.
The essential difference comparing with a classical boiler consists in structural separation of the combustion chamber and the heat exchanger.
The separation of combustion chamber and heat exchanger allows optimization of the incineration chamber and adaptation of its design to the fuel substitute (mix- and roll-zone).
Incineration parameters can be set up in order to respect all legal requirements.
The alternative fuels moreover require special attention regarding flight dust and its deposit.
The heat exchanger is built according to the water tube principle. |
